Ability to meet needs of high-end clients pays dividends
SAVILLS PROPERTY Management has made significant headway in business growth over the past two years against keen competition by paying attention to a specific market.
'Savills' sole focus is the high-end market, and our strength lies in our absolute ability to meet those customers' requirements,' managing director Kendrew Leung said.
'In Hong Kong, our business has had exceptional growth since 2003 of more than 30 per cent year on year.'
Savills manages a portfolio in Hong Kong of 104 commercial and industrial buildings with a total floor area of 26.6 million sqft and 187 residential buildings with a total floor area of 58.85 million sqft.
Julian Wyatt, Savills' senior director for asset management services, said: 'A rising trend of which we have taken full advantage is the demand for customer relationship management and hospitality style services.
'In [properties] such as 56 Repulse Bay Road, we employ staff specially trained in the service or hospitality industry to ensure residents are exceptionally well looked after.'
Mr Leung said the company was continuously revamping its services to enhance its position as a leading property management company.
