No Fear! by Marlowe is about a high wire-walker looking back at her life on her hundredth birthday. Shylock by Armstrong is a celebration of Shakespeare's work. It conjures up the whole cast of characters from The Merchant of Venice. The double bill starts at 8pm with a matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm. Tickets cost $200 and $150 (half-price concessions for students), and are available from Urbtix on 2734 9009. SHORT FILM SCREENING Five short films by the graduates of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts will be shown on Saturday, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm, at the academy's Drama Theatre. The graduates are from the School of Film and Television. Their works range from realistic to stylised, comedic to serious. Each film is between 20 and 40 minutes long with English subtitles.
