Our beautiful city's status as a shopping heaven has once again been validated by renowned professionals in the fashion industry. A squad consisting of said experts, including British supermodel Jodie Kidd (pictured right), is coming to town. She will be here on Monday for two days with a camera crew to shoot the final instalment of Fashion Avenue, which she hosts. In the 13-episode series, Kidd visits cities around the world, including Paris and New York, to introduce the best shopping locations. Of course even Kidd can't know all the best shopping spots in the world, so a local celebrity in each country will co-host, taking the supermodel to all the funky places to shop and drop. In Hong Kong, Tania Mohan, the owner of fashion boutique Tabla in Prince's Building, will be her co-host. 'We're going to start shooting on Tuesday. We'll probably take her to the Landmark in Central, the IFC Mall, some local shops in Causeway Bay and a few other places,' Mohan told CitySeen. Locally, it will first be aired on Cable TV's Discovery Travel and Living and on TVB Pearl later this year.
