DRUMMING CIRCLE FOR ALL A drum jam session hosted by Arthur Hull from the United States will take place on Sunday from 3pm to 5pm at Open Piazza, Olympian City 2, West Kowloon. Hull is recognised as the father of the community drum circle movement. He has worked in the field of percussion for 30 years. His mission is to make the pleasure and power of rhythm accessible to everyone from children to corporate executives. Together with percussionist John Fitzgerald, also from the United States, Hull hopes to lead audiences through a joyful and inspirational experience. INDIE BANDS ROCK ON An array of indie bands will perform at the Rock On concert which takes place from Friday to Sunday, 7.30pm to 10.30pm, at the Hong Kong Arts Centre's Shouson Theatre. Now in its ninth year, the Rock On series has provided a platform for young and upcoming local bands to perform and express themselves through music. Performers include Yip Sai-wing from Beyond, singer-songwriter Louis Cheung, local bands Tai Tau Fat, Air Tub, Zen and Sensation.
