Time is almost up to enter Sunny English Club's latest 3D Teddy Bear Figure Painting competition.

This year, the club in Yuen Long sent out 3,000  recycled paper  bears. Students are also encouraged to send in imaginative stories about the bears' adventures to win prizes.

'We have been getting many nice stories and colourful painted figures from different schools,' said Sunny English manager Fanny Lee.

The deadline for this year's competition is July 15. The most outstanding bear figures will be selected and exhibited at the Gold Coast Shopping Mall on July 24.

Sunny English runs a website on which  pictures of the painted bears and stories are posted.
