Lots of women claim to be shoe addicts, but if they haven't heard of Beverly Feldman (pictured), they don't qualify. The celebrity shoe designer, whose motto is 'too much is not enough', was in Hong Kong last week and tells CitySeen how she surprised some women on the streets. The conversations went something like this: Feldman: You're wearing my shoes! Woman: What are you talking about? Feldman: You're wearing my shoes! Woman: No, these are mine. Feldman: Yeah, but I designed them. At this point, the women take a good look at the funky designer and know it's the same person that designed her fabulous shoes. Feldman, in her 50s, looks and dresses very much like an older version of Gwen Stefani. And this being Hong Kong, Feldman says she has seen terrible knock-offs of her shoes. 'I don't feel good when I see my work being copied. I just hope they don't think it's the real thing at the end of the day when their feet hurt,' she says.
