The MTR Corporation is inviting students aged six to 15 to design a new super-tool for the Japanese cartoon character Doraemon.

Entrants can explain their ideas through writing or drawing in the preliminary round. Send your entries to the MTR Corp.

Finalists will only be allowed to use  pictures or models - not writing - to present their ideas to the judges on stage in the competition which will take place on August 21.

The application deadline is July 20. The first three winners will be awarded with book coupons worth  up to $3,000 each.
