Teen in court over stun gun sex attack

A plumber appeared in Kowloon City Court yesterday charged with attacking a woman using a stun gun and then attempting to rape her.

Luk Siu-lun, 19, faces one count of possession of arms without a licence and one count of attempted rape on July 22, in the staircase of a building on Castle Peak Road in Shamshuipo.

He made no plea.

The prosecutor told the court Luk had seen his victim as she was returning home and followed her into the building.

As she left the lift, Luk allegedly assaulted her with the stun gun and then indecently assaulted her before running away.

After being identified by the victim in an identification parade, he said under caution he had used the stun gun because he wanted to have sexual intercourse with the victim.
