While some like to listen to music or laugh at a brainless comedy, extremists might resort to hitting and banging things to loosen up. What if we told you doing all three is the best way to de-stress? Tom Lee Music has organised a drumming session run by music therapist Christine Stevens on Sunday. She is the co-founder of HealthRHYTHMS, a wellness organisation that promotes the healing effects of group drumming. The Remo Community Drum Circle 2005 runs from 3pm to 5pm at the Piazza in Kowloon Park in Tsim Sha Tsui, and entrance is free.
