HENDERSON Land Development has appointed First Pacific Davies as the sole agent to lease the 28-storey Asia Pacific Tower in Sheung Wan, which will be completed early next year.

  First Pacific and Henderson Real Estate Agency will launch a marketing campaign to lease the office space at prices from $30 a square foot. Fourteen retail units on the ground floor will also be open for lease.



Henderson picks agent
