SoHo is the perfect district for brand promotions because of its many bars and restaurants.
Staunton's Wine Bar + Cafe manager David Luxton attributes the district's success to its quaintness, calling it 'a village in the city'.
He said his establishment was looking to hire more staff because of the increase in the number of tourists and customers.
'We're looking for people with personality, spark and energy,' he said.
Mr Luxton confirmed that co-marketing was reaching a new level of success. 'Staunton's is thought by many as an extension of their living room, a place to meet, and it's interesting to see how the benefits of co-marketing have extended the boundaries of individual organisations,' he said.
As a result of the recent United Airlines and Venue Alliance campaign - 'Take off to Chicago from SoHo with United'- about 32 restaurateurs who joined this marketing initiative are seeing business in the district expand, with more job opportunities being created.
