Recruitment specialists with a financial background are required by an executive search firm specialising in banking, securities and asset management.
Search Partners is seeking a number of candidates to fill either the role of director or executive director in its Hong Kong office. The company operates business networks in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the mainland, staffed entirely by people with a financial background.
The new recruits will be responsible for carrying out general executive search activities, including client servicing, business development, candidate search and interview, preparing reports and resumes.
'Candidates must be an entrepreneurial kind of person, with experience working with senior executives. Excellent presentation
and negotiation skills will not go amiss,' said Esmond Chan, managing director.
Successful recruits would receive a 'top-ranking' compensation package, he said. Ideally, the company wants experienced headhunters, preferably with a sound knowledge of the financial market.
