DAZZLING DANCE SHOW

Hong Kong's flagship dance group, City Contemporary Dance Company, will present In the Beginning this week. Choreographed by Helen Lai, the performance features a combination of movements, ethnic music and narration.

The innovative work is based on Hebrew, Chinese, Egyptian, Indian and Mayan myths.

Oscar-winner Tim Yip, who made his name in the blockbuster, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, will design the dancers' costumes.

In the Beginning will be staged on Friday and Saturday at 8pm, and on Sunday at 3pm, at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre's Studio Theatre.
