Probe into post

WITH reference to the letter ''Go-slow express'' (Sunday Morning Post, November 7), express airmail items posted in Hong Kong are given priority treatment by receiving postal administrations. However, since the writer's express letter was not registered, no record is kept of its handling and therefore we are unable to establish its exact cause of delay. Nevertheless, if Patrick Ng could contact Ellen Siu, controller (management controls) on 9221-2261 and provide additional information we will investigate further.
