Four schools won promotion to the top flight when they clinched the Division Two Hong Kong and Kowloon inter-school swimming titles on Wednesday. Chan Sui Ki College and Raimondi College finished first and second overall in the boys' category, while among girls, St Paul's Co-educational College and Belilios Public School took the top two places. Three schools were relegated to Division Three. In the boys' section, Island School, South Island School and The Chinese Foundation Secondary School drop down, with the girls from St Paul's School - Lam Tin, Ying Wa Girls' School and St Catharine's School for Girls following suit. Meanwhile, Diocesan boys' and girls' schools will be aiming to defend their respective overall championships when the Division One competition gets underway today at Kowloon Park pool. Diocesan Girls' School won their 17th straight title last year. Diocesan Boys' School look strong in the Grade B and C categories this year. However, it's a three-horse race for the Grade A title, with La Salle College and St Joseph's College also in the frame. The titles will most likely be decided on the outcome of the relays - worth double the points - next Wednesday, when the finals are scheduled to be held.
