The Va Bene restaurant, which for 15 years stood at the corner of D'Aguilar Street and Lan Kwai Fong in Central, moved last week to its new home, around the corner in what used to be China Lan Kwai Fong. Ernesto Tonetto will remain as executive chef and he's taking the move as an opportunity to introduce some new dishes, such as porcini mushroom tart with truffle sauce (below; $138), lobster linguine in tomato sauce ($208) and pan-fried beef tenderloin with red wine sauce (bottom; $308).
