Balneotherapy - the use of waters to revitalise the body.
Caldarium - the hottest room in ancient bath houses.
Floatation - floating in a tank filled with sterile salt water at the same temperature as your body for a sense of buoyancy and weightlessness.
Hamam - an elaborate Turkish bath house where patrons enjoy steaming, bathing and a scrub on a warm marble plinth.
Hydrotherapy - the use of underwater jet-massage, sprays and mineral baths.
