Since we dropped the Pooch Cafe comic strip from our Diversions page several weeks ago, the outpouring of anguish in our postbag has been heart-rending. These quotes are just a sample of the many comments we received, calling for a return of the little talking dog with cunning plans and a penchant for Kibble.
Although Pooch Cafe and another strip were dropped to make room for our two popular new Sudoku grids, for Pooch fans it was clearly a step too far.
In the face of such demand, how could we refuse to reopen the door to Pooch Cafe? So from today, the head Poncho is back, along with Chaz, Fish, Boomer and all his friends (and don't worry, the price of the Post certainly won't be going up because of it).
