Bennett Chiu Managing director Euro RSCG Beijing Group Mr Chiu will assume responsibility for Euro RSCG brands in Beijing. He will also retain his existing role as executive vice-president for Greater China. He has more than 20 years of senior management experience with leading advertising agencies. He joined Euro RSCG in 1993 as managing director for Hong Kong before moving to Beijing in 2002. He brings a spectrum of knowledge from his experience across the financial, FMCG, home electronics and IT sectors. Geraldine Moor Director - editorial and client service Eight Publishing Ms Moor is a respected figure in the publishing industry, and brings with her more than 20 years of editorial, client service and business development experience. She comes to Eight Publishing from Emphasis Media, where she was client service and business development director. She has also worked with Premier Magazines, which publishes British Airways' in-flight magazines, and Business Traveller magazine. Philippe Damas Chief executive ING Retail Banking Asia Mr Damas is responsible for spearheading the growth of ING's retail banking operations in the region. The new role is in addition to his portfolio as chief executive of ING Private Banking and chief executive of ING Trust. He has been chief executive of ING Private Banking and ING Trust since April 2002 and has been instrumental in determining the strategic direction for the private banking business which has grown rapidly. Gilman Siu Director of corporate finance Luen Thai Holdings Mr Siu brings to Luen Thai more than a decade of solid experience in strategic planning, financial management and business development. His key role is to support the chief financial officer in mergers and acquisitions, as well as investor relations activities. His most recent post was vice-president of business development for PCCW, where he gained in-depth knowledge and experience in executing joint ventures. Christina Lam Director of business development Kowloon Shangri-La Ms Lam brings with her more then 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In her new position, she will assist director of sales Frankie Lam in specifically monitoring the growth and development of the hotel's corporate business, as well as further exploring and developing relationships in the market. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in hospitality management from The Robert Gordon University in Britain. Tod Nielsen President and chief executive Borland Software Corporation Mr Nielsen, who also joins the board of directors, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in solutions for software development, having held executive positions at Microsoft, BEA Systems and Oracle. Most recently, he served as senior vice-president, marketing and global sales support for Oracle. Rosyln Chan Area director of sales and marketing for Le Meridien She Shan Shanghai and Le Royal Meridien Shanghai Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts Ms Chan has had a distinguished hospitality career that began when she joined the Shangri-La Hotel in Beijing as sales manager in 1990. She moved to head the marketing team at the Shangri-La Golden Flower Xian in 1994, and was promoted to director of sales at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort in Kota Kinabalu in 1995.
