Microsoft Xbox 360: This is the first of three next-generation game consoles to hit the market. Like the upcoming Sony PS3 and Nintendo Revolution, the Xbox 360 has beefed up graphics that support high-definition television sets and is network-enabled for online gaming. The Xbox 360 has just hit shelves in the US, so is only available on the grey market at the moment. The unit is powered by a 3.2 GHz processor and a 500MHz graphics chip. (Price: about $3,100)
