A music video competition which aims to help young people discover their potential and share their views on love is now accepting entries. The Innovation, Technology, Music . . . Present Love music video competition contest also aims to combine young people's creative talents with the power of music and technology. It is jointly organised by Microsoft Hong Kong and Teen Power of RTHK. The contest is divided into two groups - junior (6-12 years) and senior (13-25 years). Participants should select one of three designated songs as the music in their video. The contest provides a platform for young people to master advanced technologies and realise their potential by recording music videos. The deadline for entries is December 30. Participants who sign up on or before this Sunday will be given free entry to a Microsoft Windows XP Movie Maker workshop. The music videos will be judged according to their creativity, aesthetic quality, relevance to the lyrics and overall editing. The 10 videos with the highest score in each division will be posted on the Net so the public can vote for their favourite online. The champion of the senior group will get to work with a famous singer to produce a music video and take part in Microsoft Hong Kong's internship or youth ambassador programme in July. Other prizes include a digital camera, a Bluetooth headset and a wireless mouse and keyboard. For details, visit www.teenpower.rthk.org.hk
