Designs on computing . . . Autodesk Far East has issued Release 2 of its AutoSketch software, a software program that combines the power and precision of computer-aided drafting (CAD) with the ease of use of a natural drawing interface. AutoSketch canbe used for mechanical, electrical and architectural drawings, technical sketches or line art for desktop publishing. The AutoSketch package is designed by Autodesk, the makers of the popular professional computer automated design software, AutoCAD. The Windows version is available for US$300. This mountain bike was created using the SketchTools function. A simple mouse click adds pattern fills to any closed area or object.
