'I want to take part in the school sports day. It's usually in December. I run fast, faster than all of my friends. I want to be a long-distance runner. At Christmas, my mum usually gives me one present. I have more than enough toys at home. This Christmas, I want her to take me to Disneyland.'

'I want to go to Sha Tin. I like Sha Tin very much. We lived there some years ago. I miss it a lot. There is a lot to do there. There are big toy shops and a cinema. My brother likes to have pizza every festival.

I want to go and have pizza with my family in Sha Tin this Christmas.'

Lee Ka-yui, 9

'I have Christmas parties with my friends every year. I wish there will be more delicious food and snacks at the party. My parents don't let me have snacks normally. Only at parties I can eat what I like. And I want to exchange presents with my friends. We have a big Christmas tree at home. I love Christmas because my birthday is on December 31. I don't like New Year though, because I don't get money on New Year's Day.'

'I wish to earn more money and buy a big house. A house much bigger than the one I'm living in now. I will build one big swimming pool and four ponds. Then I can keep fish and shrimps and crabs and tortoises in the ponds.

I now have one tortoise at home. He is very cute.'

'I wish to get a Gameboy or a PSP, also a mobile suit Gundam. I already have more than 10 Gundam models at home. I want to have more. I want to travel to Australia to see the kangaroos. I like dinosaurs a lot. I wonder where I can see them.'

'I wish to move to Europe with my family. European countries are more civilised and have better air quality. Also it's good to spend Christmas in Europe. Christmas is a western festival after all.'

Leung Lai-ping, 11

'We wish to have Konami toys. We want to have a big Christmas meal. We want to have French fries, hamburgers and ice cream. We've never tried French fries. Our mum says they are unhealthy but a lot of our friends say they are very good. We also want to meet Santa Claus. He'll give us a lot of presents as we are both good boys.'
