Zhang steals the limelight

Zhang Zinan - elder brother and manager of mainland actress Zhang Ziyi - was married in Beijing on New Year's Day. The star said her brother's wedding was more important to her than receiving a film award. She attended the ceremony at the Beijing Xinyuan Hotel with her pet dog, and stole much of the limelight. Year of the dog rings in changes

Veteran band members Calvin Choi Yat-chi from the Grass-hoppers and Steve Wong Ka-keung from Beyond, both 41, said the Year of the Dog is traditionally a good year to get married. Choi and his girlfriend, Chow Shuet-fong, have been spotted with a young girl, whom Choi said was the daughter of a friend. Meanwhile, Wong has sold his 2,000sqft house in Hong Lok Yuen, Taipo, for a $2.2 million profit and is looking for a 3,000sqft house in the same development for him and his Japanese interpreter girlfriend, known only as Ms M, whom he's dated for nine months.
