Girl, woman killed by buses in Western as government kicks off campaign to improve minibus driving habits

An eight-year-old girl and a woman were killed in two traffic accidents in the space of three hours in the same area of Western yesterday.

The accidents, one of which involved a red minibus, came on the day the Road Safety Council and Transport Department launched a city-wide campaign to improve safety awareness among minibus drivers.
