I don't have a  specific idol. But I think  Ernesto 'Che' Guevara was a very special person. He fought for people's rights and helped many others who  needed help.

I also admire writers who have written interesting stories  that reflect the world's realities and ponder philosophical questions. My favourite writers include Jorge Luis Borges, Philip K. Dick, Ray Bradbury and J.R.R. Tolkien.

I'm not  very sporty, although I do enjoy swimming and playing football. I started swimming at age four. It makes me feel relaxed and keeps me healthy.

Football is very popular in my country. Argentina has many famous football stars, such as Diego Maradona. Argentinian men like to get together once in a while to play the sport for fun.

In my free time, I like to watch movies or go to a friend's house to chat. Sometimes we go to bars to listen to music and dance.

I have a small dog who is very old. He's  13. My family also recently adopted a little dog they found abandoned on the street.

I study  a variety of different subjects in school, including literature, philosophy, history, sociology, anthropology, Portuguese and Italian.

I'm not a studious person. I'm very lazy, so I don't spend much time  doing homework unless  I have an assignment that's either interesting  or very difficult.

In Argentina, we eat lots of pasta, beef, chicken, pizza and vegetables such as tomatoes and lettuce.

The most important festivals in Argentina are Independence Day on July 9 and May Revolution Day on May 25. The latter commemorates the historic revolution of 1810 that marked the start of liberation from Spain.

During these festivals, we usually eat  foods such as locro (meat and vegetable stew), humitas (corn cakes), empanadas (stuffed pastries) and barbecued food with  family or friends.

We have an interesting festival on September 21. It's the day when spring begins and is also  Student's Day. Many schools give students a few days off so that they can get together, travel and have fun for a few days.

I'm an exchange student with AFS Intercultural Exchange. I've found that Argentina is completely different from Hong Kong. Argentina doesn't have so many tall buildings as Hong Kong, but we have many big houses.

People in Hong Kong don't kiss each other or hug when they say hello. But in Argentina, such a greeting is normal, and relations between people are  much different.
