POLYU TO BUILD TOURISM SCHOOL Hong Kong Polytechnic University is to build a new premises for its School of Hotel and Tourism Management, including a teaching hotel, conference facilities, teaching restaurants, research centres, classrooms, offices and new staff quarters, on the site of its former staff quarters in Tsim Sha Tsui East. The first part of the $600 million premises will be ready for the 2008/09 academic year. Five students spent five hours creating the heart as part of the college's Secret Valentine week, when students draw the name of a person of the opposite sex out of a hat and then do something to make them feel special.
