Former Hong Kong number one Faheem Khan has reached the second round of the Asian Championships in Taiwan with a straight-sets defeat of India's Naresh Kumar, 9-5, 9-0, 9-2, yesterday.

The rest of the Hong Kong's men's team also moved smoothly into the next round.

Dick Lau Siu-wai defeated Macau's Peng Sun-kin 9-1, 9-0, 9-3, while Roger Ngan Lun-cheung and Anson Kwong Yiu-shun also won in straight games.
