Yes, I like Japanese comics but not the local ones, as they are too pornographic and violent. There is more variety among Japanese comics. The stories are usually more appealing and the pictures are prettier. My favourites are Initial D and Crayon Shin-Chan. I sometimes read McMug too.

I used to read it a lot when I was in school, but nowadays I am too busy with work. Even in my free time I prefer doing exercise and keeping fit. Reading comics seems like a waste of time to me.

Yes, I enjoy comics but I am not a huge fan. I prefer Japanese comics to local ones. I think most Hong Kong teenagers would agree with me.  When I read a fantastic comic I get so absorbed that no one, not even my parents or my friends, can distract me.

Yes, my favourite is Naruto, a new Japanese comic. It's about a Japanese teenager called Naruto who wants to be the greatest ninja ever. He is interested in pranks more than schoolwork and makes me laugh a lot. I usually read it online after work. I think the comics industry in Japan is far more mature than in Hong Kong. Their comics are exquisite.

Yes, I often buy Naruto. Each issue costs about $30 but I think it's worth it because the story is exciting and the characters are well drawn. I read comics whenever I feel bored at home. I am also interested in western comics like Spiderman, but most bookstores in Hong Kong only sell Japanese comics.
