Tom Linton

Mr Linton will oversee the company's global procurement strategy and key supplier relationships. He will be based in Singapore, close to the firm's major foundry partners, and assembly and test operations. Before joining the firm, Mr Linton was chief procurement officer for Agere Systems. Previously, he spent 20 years with IBM, where he held various positions in supply management, manufacturing and marketing.

Ivan Cheung

Mr Cheung is a chartered quantity surveyor practising as a mediator and expert witness in Hong Kong. He has previously worked with Levett  and Bailey  in Hong Kong on a range of residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and refurbishment projects. Mr Cheung chairs the Hong Kong Mediation Council Construction Committee.

Peter Ho

Mr Ho has been appointed as dispute resolution adviser on public and private projects. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and he practises as an arbitrator, mediator and expert witness facilitating dispute resolution in Hong Kong. Mr Ho is an associate of The Accord Group  of Australia. He lectures at the University of Hong Kong and is a trainer on mediation courses.

Barry Lea

In his new role, Mr Lea will oversee the bank's frontline operations in the mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. He has been with Lloyds since 1987, and has been closely involved in the development and promotion of the bank's overseas property finance service. Having spent more than 18 years in the banking industry, Mr Lea has extensive experience in areas such as offshore banking and financial services.

Mr Valentine is a leading corporate lawyer. He was previously with Clifford Chance,  where he had been working since 1988. He has advised clients in finance and other sectors on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, technology transfer and regulatory issues relevant to foreign businesses in China. Mr Valentine had earlier been a diplomat with the Australian foreign service.

Herman Lam

Mr Lam will also be the acting director of enterprise and partner group, and serve the IT needs of large enterprises in Hong Kong. He has been with Microsoft for the past 10 years.

Sandra Tang

Ms Tang will be responsible for service excellence, planning assistance and co-ordination of all site requests. She was earlier working with the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong  as director of sales for conferences, meetings and banquets. Ms Tang has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with hotels such as The Ritz Carlton  and JW Marriott.
