Yes, those rotten boroughs, the functional constituencies, have done it to us again. It is contracts and loot for the boys that they want from Tamar. Donald and Co are now working hard to give it to them so that safe votes in Legco will stay safe, tough luck for those of us who hoped for an open waterfront.
