The Moscow State Puppet Theatre is set dazzle local audiences with Super Fun Concert, a captivating show starring highly-crafted puppets.

The show contains popular scenes from the shows of puppetry master Sergei Obraztsov, including The Extraordinary Concert and Don Juan.

Humorous scenes, such as poodles singing a duet with a chicken and a talented baby playing a Chopin concerto, will be featured.

Obraztsov was born in Moscow in 1901. He is considered to be one of the greatest puppeteers of the 20th century and is credited with establishing puppetry as an art form.

The show will be staged at 8pm tonight at Yuen Long Theatre, Saturday at Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre, and Sunday and Monday at Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre. Student tickets range from $45 to $80 ($90 to $160 for adults). Reservations from Urbtix on 2734 9009.
