After completing nine years of study to reach matriculation level, Priscilla Ma feels she is ready for HKCEE success
Form Five student Priscilla Ma has completed the Kumon Mathematics syllabus, equivalent to matriculation level, which takes nine years of study.
With her enhanced academic skills, she feels confident about facing this year's HKCEE challenge.
Priscilla claims that Kumon has helped her to improve in her schoolwork. She also says that Kumon has given her a positive attitude to life. At school the teachers play a leading role in classroom studies, but Kumon's approach is completely different: it expects students to take the learning initiative, she said.
'Over the years with Kumon, I have become more proactive in learning. The Kumon approach has helped me to build a strong foundation in maths, and it has broadened my horizon,' she said.
'It has given me a positive attitude to pursue my goals, and I have also learned to be more considerate about other people, and to help the needy.'
