Ocean Park Hong Kong is well loved for its entertaining dolphins and sea lion shows, educational aquarium, giant pandas, rides and games. It attracts thousands of local and overseas visitors every year.
The amusement park employs gregarious, outgoing and competent staff to welcome guests and explain to them the services available.
The park is on the lookout for a senior guest relations officer to handle visitor inquiries and requests, and conduct and help with VIP visits. The person will also work with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of the park's policies.
The recruit will undergo training in handling guests, park policies, and safety and emergency arrangements. The job demands an ability to retain and interpret specific information.
Kaman Ho, spokeswoman for the park's public affairs department, said the job offered a great opportunity to learn, as there were always new activities to thrill the visitors, especially during the peak season and special events.
