Where? The innovative concept store is located in the Oud Metha area close to the Dubai TV headquarters and the Wafi shopping centre.

Who? Brother and sister duo Shehab and Shahi Hamad launched the boutique two years ago after discovering a gap in the Dubai market for hip streetwear labels.

Fashion finds: the store stocks an extensive list of young and independent brands including Gsus, Paul Frank, Freshjive, Upper Playground, Morphine Generation, Gentle Fawn and Boxfresh. For those looking for a denim fix, browse through international labels such as Tsubi, Earnest Sewn, Paper Denim & Cloth and Edwin. The shoe range consists of brands such as Acupuncture, Irregular Choice and JB Classics.

The boutique also boasts an in-store art gallery, where higher-priced fashion items from designers such as Aei Kei, Zakee Shariff and Yoko Devereaux are displayed. The store is also known for spotting upcoming local talent, which includes the quirky Pink Sushi, Mona Ibrahim jewellery and Saadia Zahid menswear.

The vibe: the boutique is decked out like a modern gallery and it's easy to spend hours browsing art, music, magazines, books and clothes. The boutique was designed by award-winning local architects [dxb]LAB and London-based graphic-design team KoderCraft.
