Ten children dressed as rabbits joined two internationally known graffiti artists yesterday, spraying brightly coloured paint around a Kwun Tong shopping mall.
But no one objected because it was part of festivities at the APM Mall, which has been decked out with 500 rabbit figures based on the cartoon character Bunee, to create an Easter theme.
The artists, known as Nasty and Dalek, were among four creators who inspired four two-metre-high versions of the character as a centrepiece for the display.
The pair joined 10 students from the Deborah English Kindergarten to turn a graffiti wall into a mural with an Easter theme. Six-year-old Michelle Kwan painted an Easter egg and a small flower on the wall. She said she had never drawn graffiti before.
'It's fun and I love Bunee,' she added.
After the mural was complete, Dalek, from the United States, and Nasty, from France, began to paint on two plastic surfaces using bright-coloured spray-can paint.
