Sleek, fast and just a mere $3 million
Hong Kong's Lamborghini dealer held a preview party to show off their new Gallardo Spyder.
The 520-horsepower chick magnet with a V-10 engine can go from zero to 100km/h in 4.3 seconds.
The downside to this is that you probably won't be able to take it out of first gear on urban Hong Kong roads.
That said, selling it won't be a problem.
Marketing director Gary Lai says there's already a waiting list stretching to the middle of next year. 'We are only allotted about one car a month from Italy so each year we only have about 12.
'If we can show them the demand is high, they'll let us have a couple more.
'Many customers get a mainland licence plate to go on the highways up there,' Lai adds. 'And that is where the growing market is.'
Nicknamed 'baby Lamborghini', the Gallardo Spyder is at the low end of the range. A basic model costs $3 million.
