Cat film not for animal lovers

I REFER to the programme The Adventures of Chatran aired on Pearl on November 29.

It's about a ginger cat which fights with poisons snakes, provokes a crab, confronts a bear and jumps off a cliff to get away from some angry gulls.

I love cats but I did not find this programme entertaining despite the beautiful backdrop of the Nagoya country and the background music.

I wonder how the Japanese producers of the programme came up with the initial idea? How often in real life do we find a domestic cat in a forest or a meadow,or see it coming into contact with a fox or a bear? RENFRED WONG Kowloon
