PLAY WITH A CUTTING EDGE
Drama students of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) will stage French playwright Roger Vitrac's last work, My Father's Sword.
The story begins in 1910 in a small town in the south of France. A boy called Simon is helpless as he watches his family fall apart. His father gambles away all his possessions while his mother wants to run off with a young man.

My Father's Sword will be performed in Cantonese, with English and French subtitles.
It will be staged from Wednesday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with a matinee at 2.30pm on the last day, at the HKAPA's Drama Theatre.
