Design

This award-winning project was created by architect Paul Davis of Paul Davis & Partners, one of the largest architectural companies in Britain. The firm has been involved in some of London's finest residential properties. In 2004, Grosvenor Place was selected for the MIPIM Awards in the residential category. The MIPIM Awards recognise and honour the world's most remarkable property developments and are equivalent to winning an Oscar in the international property industry. Jimmy Fong, director of residential sales at Savills (Hong Kong), said the show flats at Grosvenor Place also earned a 'Merit Award (Residential Interior)' in the Hong Kong Designers Association Awards. The show apartments were designed by famous Hong Kong architect Steve Leung. The building has a terracotta podium with a curtain-wall construction facade on the body of the tower. The south facade features aluminium architectural sun shades.
