Hong Kong Heritage Museum
General information
The museum features exhibitions on history, art and culture, such as the Ancient Chinese Pastimes Exhibition. There are six exhibition galleries for the museum's permanent collections and six thematic galleries for temporary exhibitions. The museum's resource centre provides books, magazines and audio-visual materials on subjects related to Hong Kong's history, arts and culture, as well as Chinese and western art.

Standard (adults): Thursday to Monday $10
Concessionary: $5 (for full-time students, people with disabilities, and those aged 60 or above)
Group: $7 (groups of 20 persons or more)
Free admission on Wednesday
Opening hours
10am-6pm on Monday and Wednesday to Saturday;
10am-7pm on Sunday and public holidays;
10am-5pm on Christmas Eve and Lunar New Year's Eve.
Closed on Tuesday (except public holidays) and the
first two days of the Lunar New Year.
Special programmes
The museum's multi-purpose theatre hosts a variety of programmes, including Cantonese opera, musical performances, lectures, and seminars. The museum also organises educational activities, such as lectures, demonstrations, courses and workshops.
