Kowloon residents who like the Australian skincare brand Aesop no longer need to cross the harbour to find the products in Hong Kong. At the beginning of this month Aesop opened a new zone at Joyce Beauty in Canton Road.

The full range of products can be bought, including the new Bitter Orange Astringent Toner ($230/100ml) launched at all Aesop counters on May 1. The toner is said to be particularly good at absorbing excess sebum, which can be a common problem for those living in humid climates. Ingredients include green tea and sage extracts providing anti-oxidant protection, as well as bitter orange extract said to refresh skin tone.

The new Aesop zone will have its own beauty consultant on hand for customers, a service not available at its other Joyce Beauty locations where products remain shelf-only.
