Location Harbourfront Landmark is located at 11Wan Hoi Street, Hunghom. It is one of the landmark developments in Hong Kong constructed by Cheung Kong (Holdings) and Hutchison Whampoa. This high-rise residential and commercial development comprises three towers of 59, 57 and 55 storeys. They are built on a seven-storey commercial podium. Harbourfront Landmark has a 360-degree panoramic view from North Point, Causeway Bay and Central to Tsim Sha Tsui. It is a popular location for watching pyrotechnic displays and the surrounding scenes in general. The KCRC railway terminus is located nearby and the Whampoa shopping complex is a five-minute walk away. The complex, located in the heart of Hunghom, occupies 1.4 million sqft of retail space and is named Wonderful Worlds of Whampoa. One of the largest complexes in Kowloon, it consists of themed worlds, shops, dining, and entertainment facilities.

Design Harbourfront Landmark is a sleek and ultra-modern building on the waterfront. It was awarded the Best China Property award at the International Property Awards 2004. The three towers are joined in a single slab in ascending heights. To reduce building movement, it is built with a blue glass curtain wall and a damper tank on the high floors. Harbourfront Landmark has a six-star clubhouse with supreme interior materials carefully selected from overseas, including lighting supplies from the renowned White House lighting manufacturer, 18-carat handmade golden ceiling decorations, mosaic installations from Italy and designware from Philippe Starck. The lobby of the clubhouse is elegantly furnished. It has a panoramic glass curtain wall that affords a sweeping view of Hong Kong Island.

Layout Harbourfront Landmark offers simplex apartments from 1,900 sqft to 2,500 sqft and duplexes from 4,000 sqft to 8,000 sqft. Most simplex apartments have spacious separate living and dining areas, four bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and one maid's room. The floor to ceiling height is more than 10 ft and each apartment has a full height window area of more than 30 ft in the dining room.

Facilities Residents' facilities include a luxurious clubhouse on the 7th floor with an indoor swimming pool of 20 metres and an outdoor swimming pool on the podium roof. Ample outdoor landscaping is provided on the ground floor and on the podium roof. Recreation facilities include a gymnasium, sauna, an aerobic exercise room, steam bath and jacuzzi. There is also a function room for private meetings and parties. Entry to the clubhouse and apartments are gained by smart cards to enhance privacy and security for residents.

Building Harbourfront Landmark was the fourth highest residential development in Hong Kong when constructed in 2002. The towers command fabulous views of Victoria Harbour. The development comprises a total of 672,000 sqft with 324 residential units. Harbourfront Landmark is next to the five-star Harbour Plaza Hong Kong hotel and Whampoa Garden, and has become a prestigious property in the area.
