Mr McAuliffe specialises in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work. He is also the head of the firm's communications, media and technology practice in Hong Kong. Mr McAuliffe regularly works on the company's regional issues with its other Asian offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok and Singapore. He worked in the firm's London office before moving to Hong Kong in 2001.

He has 12 years of experience in risk and safety management and has worked with a range of multinational clients in the mainland, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Korea. Previously, Mr To worked with Atkins China and at DNV Technology Services. He also has extensive experience in the energy industry.

David Wong

He previously worked with Yum Brands.
