Rewards are in store for a seasoned leader who can manage real estate for a large property developer.
A deputy general manager with at least 15 years of experience in leasing and property management is needed by a company that has business interests in property development in Hong Kong and the mainland and is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
'Our client is a well-known organisation with distinctive development projects,' said Hilda Kwong, the managing partner of Great Talent Resources, who is handling the search. Applicants should have at least eight years of relevant experience, preferably in managing large retail, residential or commercial premises.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, developing, implementing, organising, staffing, directing and controlling all activities in the assigned portfolio.
'The incumbent must be a strategist who can manage and plan services for prestigious clients and also advise customers on property-related issues,' Ms Kwong said.
Therefore, the firm wants someone who has good communication skills.
