It used to be that a fast car was the ultimate boy toy, but these days, the speed of a man's computer processor is just as important. Perhaps that is why Italian car manufacturer Lamborghini has developed a new laptop in association with Taiwanese computer manufacturer Asus.
Following an emerging trend of designer laptops, the limited-edition Asus-Lamborghini VX1 laptop has a polished aluminium finish and comes in a choice of chassis yellow or glossy black.
Its exterior is sleek, inspired by Lamborghini's Murcielago and Gallardo models.
The VX1 comes with two gigabytes of RAM, a dual-core Intel T2500 2GHz processor and a 15-inch screen. Offering an impressive integration of technology and design, it could well burn up its rivals on the information super highway.
The Asus-Lamborghini VX1 costs $22,888 from Hornington Computers Company, shop 43, 1/F, Golden Shopping Centre, 94A Yen Chow Street, Shamshuipo, tel: 2361 1799.
