ESF REFORM HEADS FOR LEGCO The English Schools Foundation has sent the draft of governance reforms, approved by foundation members last week, to the Legislative Council. The name of the Legco member who will sponsor the private members bill to revise the 1967 ESF ordinance has yet to be announced. Bank founder honoured Baptist University has named a lecture theatre after Dr Wu Yee Sun, the late founder of the Wing Lung Bank, in recognition of his support for it over three decades. The Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation recently donated $5 million to the university. Funded with a $168,000 grant from the EMB and hosted on hkedcity, the site is designed on the theme of an amusement park, and teaches students through a series of simple games.
