A JOCKEY who was a witness in a sex-for-race-tips case appeared in court yesterday for driving offences. Tse Wai-hoo, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving while disqualified and without third-party insurance at Kai Chiu Road in Causeway Bay on November 25. He also denied setting down a passenger in a restricted zone. Magistrate Ian Carlson adjourned the case until February 15 for trial and granted $3,000 cash bail. Tse was given immunity in 1991 to testify on how he was supplied with a schoolgirl and a prostitute for sex in return for racing tips. The result of that trial was that two police officers, Poon Ping-kwok and Lee Hang-wuk, were jailed.
