In the article 'Prostitute found strangled in burning flat' on C1 on June 23, the head of Kowloon West regional crime unit, Senior Superintendent Leung Ka-ming, was quoted as saying: 'It was a small fire and solvent was used in the incident.' The quote should have read: 'It was a small fire and no inflammable solvent was used in the incident.' The error was introduced in the subediting process.
