Girl filmed on toilet at school

Police are investigating complaints that a 14-year-old girl was filmed using a toilet by a fellow female pupil at a secondary school.

Social workers and school authorities are also looking into the incident, which happened on Monday at the co-educational Ko Lui Secondary School in Ngau Tau Kok.

Police are trying to determine whether the girl alleged to have made the recording, believed to also be 14, was acting alone or as part of a group. She was caught by a teacher.

Both girls are in Form Two.

The distressed victim, her parents and the school principal reported the case to Kwun Tong police yesterday afternoon.

School principal Wong Sheung-kam confirmed the incident. 'The matter has been reported to the police and they are going to investigate,' she said. 'Until the investigation is complete, we have been told not to say anything more about it.'
